But the good governance of natural resources in the region remains a challenge in this area, and open opportunities for corruption and rent-seeking hunting that caused the emergence of various problems such as environmental damage, social conflict and human rights abuses and poverty prolonged.
Program extractive industries aims to encourage the formation of extractive industries in Indonesia and the region through application of the principles of good governance, strengthen capacities and build a framework (framework) governance of industrial eskraktif concerning the aspect of human rights, environmental protection, revenue management and policy sustainable fiscal.
