Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT PLN (Persero) plans to retire the Coal Power Plant (PLTU) in order to pursue carbon neutrality in 2060. The Executive Director of the Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR) Fabby Tumiwa said the costs incurred would increase if the power plant was not retired.
