Kata Data | IESR: NRE Projects in Green RUPTL Stagnating, Some Not Yet Auctioned

The Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR) assessed that the 2021-2030 Electricity Supply Business Plan (RUPTL) which is claimed to be a green RUPTL is not running smoothly according to the set targets.
