Finance Officer

Fikih H. joined the Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR) as a Finance Officer. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring all financial processes are effective and compliant with organizational policies, including budget management, payment verification, financial reporting, and compliance with donor standards. She plays a crucial role in maintaining financial transparency and accountability across all IESR program activities.

Prior to joining IESR, Fikih worked at the Institute for Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Management (IREEM) as a Finance & Administration Assistant, where she handled various aspects of financial administration, such as bank reconciliations, transaction management, tax deductions, and ensuring the completeness of supporting payment documentation.

Fikih’s career began at the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) as a Membership Partner & Service, where she managed cash flow, verified payments, and was involved in organizing in-house training and activities for large companies such as PT Pertamina Hulu Energy and PT Bank Mandiri Tbk.

Outside of work, Fikih enjoys listening to music, watching Marvel movies, and socializing as a way to unwind and maintain a balance between work and passion. He enjoys building new relationships and exchanging insights with various groups, because for him social interaction is one way to broaden perspectives and improve communication skills.
