Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR) is a Jakarta-based think tank that promotes the transformation toward a sustainable energy system in Indonesia through evidence-based research, policy advocacy, and public engagement. To effectively communicate its findings and influence policy discourse, IESR maintains an active presence across various media and digital platforms. 

As public conversations on energy transition, renewable energy, and climate change increasingly occur online, there is a growing need for systematic and real-time monitoring of both traditional and digital media. To strengthen its communication strategy and advocacy impact, we require access to professional social media analytics and media monitoring tools. These tools will enable the organization to: 

1. Track the visibility and sentiment of IESR’s campaigns and publications; 
2. Identify emerging trends, influencers, and issues in the public discourse; 
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities through data-driven metrics; and 
4. Respond proactively to misinformation or critical narratives.
