Rizqi serves as Subnational Engagement Coordinator in coordinating tasks and liaising between IESR headquarters in Jakarta and stakeholders in Central Java. Contribute in developing detailed plans for task implementation, managing and executing day-to-day project implementation, and to communicate regularly with various stakeholders in Central Java. Under the direct supervision of the Sustainable Energy Access Program Manager to develop strategies and gather lessons learned from the program. 

 

Previously Rizqi also served as a Research Assistant (UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta) on the topic of technical and social aspects of geothermal energy, Internship at Geothermal Company (PT Geo Dipa Energi, PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy), Junior Drilling Engineer – PSME UPN (oil and gas consultant) and also a Co-founder of PKPS Kota Magelang (waste management cooperative).

 

Rizqi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta.

 

Although Rizqi’s background is related to the fossil fuel industry, he is also concerned about environmental issues. Therefore, she studied renewable energy and waste issues and hopes to have a career in dealing with these issues. During her studies Rizqi was active in internal and external NGOs concerned with the environment, sustainability, and renewable energy. In her spare time, she likes outdoor activities (camping, hiking), reading books, and playing futsal.
