A number of academics believe that the implementation of solar PV can encourage the fulfillment of the New Renewable Energy mix target of 23% by 2025. The results of the IESR study even show that 1 GWp from Rooftop Solar Power Plants can absorb up to 30 thousand workers in the green job sector. The potential for green jobs is a breath of fresh air for prospective workers, especially vocational and/or vocational school graduates who are ready to respond to market needs.
