PLN is now overshadowed by a potential financial threat if the tariffs used are not adjusted. In encouraging the energy transition, business innovation is needed by PLN. Business innovations include accelerating digital transformation and utilizing the Energy Storage System (ESS) to accommodate higher renewable energy penetration at PLN. There needs to be an effort by PLN to maintain the level of debt where PLN can reduce borrowing and if possible accelerate debt repayment
