Delima Ramadhani holds the role of Climate Policy Coordinator. Her responsibilities include coordinating scientific analysis to measure and evaluate climate change mitigation targets, policies and actions, and comparing the results with globally agreed Paris Agreement targets.

Previously, Delima worked as a research assistant for the Indonesia-Germany Collaborative Research Center 990: EFForTS to manage landscape assessment projects. She holds a Master of science or MSc in Forestry from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.

In addition, since her undergraduate days, Delima has been involved in projects and campaigns related to nature conservation. In 2021, she and her team won a grant in the Kreativitaet im Studium event organized by Georg-August-Göttingen Universität, and thus were able to launch a Climate Literacy project targeting young people across Indonesia.

Delima believes in climate science and cares about the environment, therefore, she has been contributing by adopting a zero-waste lifestyle since 2017.
