Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR) considers that the commitments and policies of Indonesia are still not in line with the Paris Agreement. Through the 2021 NDC, it can be seen that Indonesia is still 10 years behind the target of the Paris agreement and the mitigation scenario in the energy sector in the document is still full of fossil energy.
