Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR), said that coal power plants (CFPP or PLTU) that functioned as a primary power plant at first can be operationalized flexibly. A coal power plant can adapt its output following the intermittency or the electricity produced by renewable energy hence, it will accommodate the stability of the electricity grid.
