Imat Rohimat

Human Capital Officer

Imat Rohimat or can be called Imat has always been passionate about human resource (HR) and organizational development, which ultimately led him to the Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR). Currently serving as a Human Capital Officer, he actively manages various HR aspects, including recruitment, employee development, and performance management. Beyond operational HR functions, Imat is also involved in designing strategies and policies that support organizational growth while fostering an inclusive and productive work environment—because he firmly believes that the development of human capital is the key to an organization’s success.

Prior to joining IESR, Imat honed his skills at PT Milvik Dokter Indonesia (MILVIK), where he was responsible for managing various employee-related needs, as well as at PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP), focusing on operational management and corporate security. He also led the development of an employee performance assessment system designed to enhance HR management effectiveness within the organization.

As a Psychology graduate from Paramadina University, Imat has a strong focus on organizational behavior and HR management. Currently, he is exploring postgraduate study options that bridge psychology with industrial engineering, particularly in human resource management, ergonomics, and work system efficiency—because for him, understanding human behavior within a broader system is an exciting challenge.

Outside of work, Imat is passionate about sports as a way to maintain both his physical and mental well-being. Running, cycling, and fitness are part of his routine—not only to build stamina but also as a means to relieve stress and improve focus. To him, sports are more than just physical activity; they are an essential part of a lifestyle that keeps him energized, resilient, and always ready to take on new challenges!
