Power System Transition Officer
Jihan Salsabila (Jihan) serves as Power System Transition Officer. In this role, Jihan is responsible for supporting the team to ensure all program activities are executed according to plan, ranging from drafting technical reports to managing strategic administrative tasks. She also plays an active role in supporting procurement processes and coordinating closely with various stakeholders to ensure that IESR’s green energy transition initiatives are implemented effectively and remain well-organized.
An Electrical Engineering graduate from Sebelas Maret University, Jihan developed a keen interest in energy management and renewable energy through various research projects during her studies. Prior to joining IESR, she gained professional experience as a project coordinator for a multinational company. In that capacity, she contributed to several strategic initiatives, including energy manager training programs in Eastern Indonesia, a hydropower plant refinancing study, and supporting the organization of a prestigious national energy award.
Outside of her professional work, Jihan is a dynamic individual who enjoys exploring new experiences. She maintains an active lifestyle through regular exercise and is always enthusiastic about trying out challenging new activities in her spare time. The combination of her technical background in electrical engineering and her experience in multinational project coordination makes her a reliable professional in managing the complexities of energy transition programs while maintaining a vibrant and balanced lifestyle.
