Though coal prices increased significantly, Executive Director of Institute for Essential Service Reform (IESR) Fabby Tumiwa believed that the coal supply crisis that happened last year will not likely occur in the future. The reason is, according to Fabby, because the government has tightened the provisions on the implementation of the rules for fulfilling coal for domestic needs or DMO.
