In utilizing solar PV, Indonesia is still left behind compared to neighboring countries in Southeast Asia. Executive Director Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR), Fabby Tumiwa, said compared to neighboring countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine, Thailand, even Cambodia, solar PV development in Indonesia is very slow.
