After graduating from Prof. dr.Moestopo University, majoring in International Relations, Kurniawati Hasjanah (Nia) took her path in the world of media for almost six years. Before joining IESR, Nia worked for startup media, Akutahu.com, national media, Tribunnews (Kompas Gramedia Group), and Okezone (MNC Group). Nia has written articles about politics, education, lifestyle, and automotive issues. In 2020, she got a scholarship for a Master’s Degree in the School of Government and Public Policy, Indonesia.

She is interested in reading books and watching movies in her free time. At IESR, Nia is responsible for implementing a communication strategy, writing press releases, and relations with the media.
