Report 2021 published by IESR noted that 82 percent of Indonesia’s power generation sector is dominated by fossil fuels. Of that amount, coal takes the highest portion or as much as 63 percent in generating electricity. Citing data from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the national power generation capacity will reach 73,34 MW until June 2021. From this composition, coal power plant dominates 47 percent or around 34,85 MW
