This National Energy General Plan (RUEN): Existing Plan, Current Policies Implication and Energy Transition Scenario report contain IESR analysis on the existing RUEN, in terms of the suitability of the indicators used to project the energy consumption growth including energy mix up to 2050. This report also describes several alternative scenarios developed by IESR from the existing RUEN that have accommodated the latest government policies, ranging from biofuel programs until the policy to replace old fossil power plants (PLTU, PLTGU, and PLTD) with renewable energy plants.
